To keep pricing fair, I offer this service under 2 levels: Moderate and Severe. A moderate infection is one which only minorly effects your ability to use your computer. For instance, you get occasional popups, things appear to happen randomly, you get warnings from windows, your website addresses are re-directed; but you are still able to perform most tasks such as web browsing and accessing email.

A severe infection prevents you from using your computer for even basic tasks like email and web browsing. In most cases, a severe infection is best resolved with the clean start option below as it is priced lower and takes less time.

All malware services come with a 30 day warranty, and also include installation of a complete set of computer security tools to prevent future problems.

The clean start service can make your dream a reality. I'll start by backing all of your data up to another location, and then completely erase everything off the computer. I will re-install Windows and all of your programs, a complete set of free computer security software, and make sure everything is completely up-to-date and secure. Then your data will be moved back onto your computer. The result: a clean, fast, error free machine. This service will absolutely remove any virus, adware, or Windows software problems, and you won't have to worry about losing anything you want to keep!

For $10, you can also get up to 10 GB of data permenantly backed up to DVD.

System Tune-Up

Does your computer run slower than it used to? Would you like to squeeze a little more speed out of it without having to spend money on hardware upgrades? A system tune up will cover optmizing every aspect of your Windows experience. I can get rid of un-needed programs, stop programs from automatically running every time you start up, defrag the hard drive (even if its full), clear out temporary files, and make sure your system is completely up-to-date and secure. If you need any security software, I will install them for free.
