The Info Center is a resource area for my customers. It contains step by step guides on how to do common tasks, such as remove adware, burn a CD, and scan your computer for viruses. Please note this area is only available to people for whom I have done computer work for before.

The old login name of "PaulsPcs" no longer works. Each customer needs to register. Click "Create Account" below the Customer Login on the right. Your username should be your last name (all lower case). After creating your account, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided. Follow the instructions in that email to access the Info Center.

Once logged in, you should see a list of common tasks and other resources on the right side of this page. Click on a link to get more information about that topic. If you are looking for a task that isn't listed, contact me and I will consider making a guide and posting it here.
